SMS/TEXT MESSAGE CONSENT

By voluntarily opting in to the Marketing & Media Lab LLC SMS/text messaging Service through the separate SMS consent checkbox on our website form, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Marketing & Media Lab LLC at the mobile number you provided.
